The "F-110" is a surface resistivity meter capable of measuring resistance values for electrostatic discharge (ESD) countermeasure items in accordance with RCJS/JIS/IEC/ANSI standards. It supports a wide range of items from equipment (such as conductive color mats) to the human body (such as wrist straps).
